The first two-day meeting in the project took place in Arad, Romania, on 2-3 December 2015. Representatives of all the partners were present, in total 13 persons from 7 countries.
The meeting started with presentation of partners, and then it was moved to the project. Each Intellectual Output was presented in great detail, followed by questions and comments. Graphical identity of the project was chosen and the project web page was shown. This was followed by discussion about best possible dissemination tools in the area of social media channels.
Important dates were proposed and accepted, upcoming Learning Teaching Training event in Italy and next management meeting in Poland.
It was decided that AdminProject tool will be used for the management of the project and partnership, Polish partner made a presentation and short training, followed by short practical session.
A number or organizational issues were raised, the Coordinator will consult those with Romanian National Agency and will inform the partnership about the outcomes.
Several next steps were established, with deadlines and responsible partners.
